Mirror mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?
Mayor Cristy Angeles has called upon the young ladies of Tarlac City to come forward and join the Miss Tarlac 2017 pageant this early.
Applications can be submitted until Nov. 18, 2016 for all interested and qualified ladies out there.
Any woman with an “exceptional beauty and personality” could make the cut. Go practice that smile and join now!
