Tarlac City Mayor Cristy Angeles made sure not to miss the festivities as Barangay Balanti held an event to celebrate their culture.
Joining the politiko was Vice Mayor Aro Mendoza, City Councilors Abel Basangan, Ricky Diolazo, Vlad Rodriguez, Ana Aguas, and Topey Delos Reyes as well as the barangay residents.
