Oh wow, new kicks for the mayor!
Masinloc Mayor Arsenia Lim was so grateful for the wonderful gift that she couldn’t resist sharing it. She thanked Zenaida Segovia Tolosa for gifting her with new, old rose rubber shoes.
“May pang-tai chi na ako,” the mayor said in her Facebook post here:
