Masantol Vice Mayor Boboy Lacap sure knows how to express his gratitude.

He took to Facebook to thank his good friend Jeanette Capili for her cactus gift.

It wasn’t big or grand, but the vice mayor appreciated and loved the gesture. Plus, he really likes the cactus plant, probably indicative of his plantito sensibilities?
