Masantol Mayor Danilo Guintu sure knows how to congratulate.
After the list of Alternative Learning System Accreditation and Equivalency (ALS A&E) Test passers has been released, he immediately sent his congratulations to them. And no, it wasn’t only through words and common courtesy, but it came in the form of financial assistance. This will definitely help the passers convert their new knowledge into livelihood opportunities for them and their families.
Nothing like a supportive to back up on the dreams of his constituents. Congratulations and best of luck everyone!
