Masantol Mayor Danilo Guintu is not letting chance dictate the town’s fate.
The mayor immediately called his health personnel and contact tracers to discuss the LGU’s strategies for the holiday season and possible emergence of the COVID-19 strain.
Preparation is always better than cure.
