It’s a new week and time again for the flag raising ceremony of Mariveles’ government officials. Mayor Atty Jo Castañeda did not let a moment go undocumented.
On her Facebook page, she shared more than a hundred photos of the morning activity. Amongst the crowd, she stood out in her pink silk dress and blazer with unconventional arm cutouts. What other way to start the week than with a stylish ensemble, right?
