The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) thanked Zaragoza Ramstar Transport Service Cooperative for supporting the government’s modernization program following the launch of new modern jeepneys in Nueva Ecija province.
“Layunin ng nasabing kooperatiba na palawakin pa ang bilang ng mga modernong pampublikong sasakyan sa probinsya ng Nueva Ecija,” said LTFRB Regional Director Nasrudin Talipasan.
In a statement, Talipasan said the modern PUJs are environment-friendly, safe, secure and comfortable and give due consideration to persons with disabilities (PWDs).
The official added that more commuters would be able to enjoy riding air-conditioned, spacious, safe and convenient modernized PUJs.
Talipasan assured that the LTFRB will continue to provide technical assistance to the transport service cooperatives in the region.
