Via Facebook Live, Olongapo City Mayor Rolen Paulino was able to take his constituents to a very important celebration. The newly-renovated newborn services unit, delivery room and operating room of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital (JLGMH) has officially been blessed. Being a highly Catholic country, the Philippines considers blessings of new properties as an essential for its future success.
