Lazatin thanks Pagcor for P50M donation to Angeles college
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. on Monday expressed his gratitude to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. for “being an ally” in the city’s advocacy of providing quality education to the Angeleño youth.
Pagcor has donated P50 million for the construction of a 20-classroom building at the City College of Angeles.
In November 2020, Pagcor’s donation was turned over to the city government.
Lazatin pledged to use the amount for additional classrooms at the CCA. City Engineer Donato Dizon said that the construction of the building will be finished by 2022.
