Angeles City Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. received his second jab of the Sinovac vaccine on Wednesday.

“I am encouraging everyone to get vaccinated and be part of the solution. This will protect you and your loved ones against the virus,” he said after getting the injection from City Health Officer-in-Charge Dr. Verona Guevarra at the City College of Angeles (CCA).

Local chief executives, including mayors, are among the priority groups targeted for vaccination by the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF).
