Korean drug trader arrested by immigration agents
A South Korean illegal drugs trader has been arrested in Pampanga on Tuesday (October 17), said Justice Undersecretary Erickson Balmes.
Balmes identified the Korean as Noh Jun Ho who is “an undocumented alien and for posing risk to public safety and security being a fugitive from justice.”
The Undersecretary said Ho got arrested by agents of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) in Barangay Cuayan in Angeles City, Pampanga.
The arrest was made at the request of the Korean Embassy which said Ho’s passport has been invalidated since October 2016.
The Embassy said Ho is “a fugitive from justice for violation of “The Narcotics Control Act” of Korea.”
