Bataan Governor Abet Garcia just forged a partnership with VFS Global, the largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions in the world.

The politiko already signed a memorandum of understanding with representatives of VFS Global, a photo of which Garcia posted in Instagram.

The end goal? The creation of the Bataan Government Center and Business Hub.
