Hundreds of Central Luzon entrepreneurs join DTI conference
The Department of Trade and Industry hosted last week an online forum dubbed Touchpoint: A Central Luzon business conference, attracting hundreds of entrepreneurs from the region.
According to a Sun Star Pampanga report, the conference had the theme “Maximizing Innovation and Technology in the Better Normal.”
The report said the DTI forum attracted more than 400 stakeholders from different fields to “discuss the modern ways of interaction, communication and transaction using modern technology for better delivery of services and goods.”
About 2,000 persons also watched on Facebook, the report said.
The topics included the importance of the proper use of information technology to deliver public services, to transact business and enable clients to connect with government and the business sector, the report said.
Participants also discussed the “eCommerce Philippine Roadmap 2022,” which seeks greater participation of MSMEs in e-commerce world.
