Winning the elections—-what an early birthday gift for Angeles City Vice Mayor-elect Vicky Vega!
The incoming mayor is celebrating her birthday this year and she took to Facebook to share happiness and inspiration to her followers. She quoted Psalm 103 New International Version (NIV) and thanked the Lord for giving her another year of wisdom and service. She praised God above all and is extremely thankful for another day to serve.
