Bulacan Governor Wilhelmino Sy-Alvarado was grinning from ear to ear as he held the trophy hailing his province as the overall champion of the 5-day Central Luzon Regional Athletic Association Meet 2017.

The politiko was pictured holding the trophy together with Dr. Romeo Alip, schools division superintendent in Bulacan.
