GSIS holds 3rd dialogue in Bulacan

Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) chair Francisco Duque III on Tuesday said the agency’s new vision benchmark is to be one of the top three defined-benefit pension fund institutions in the Asean region.
Duque expressed his desire to improve service quality and sound financial management in GSIS during a dialogue with its stakeholders at the Cabanas Garden, Malolos City in Bulacan.
The dialogue, which was the third to be conducted this year, aimed to update GSIS members and pensioners on the thrusts of the new Board of Trustees, as well as to hear concerns and suggestions of to further improve its services.
Duque also said that beginning this year, GSIS has committed a shorter processing period for retirement and life insurance, motor vehicle and service loans.
