Governor Susan Yap leads the way home to stranded Tarlaqueños in Baguio
No one gets left behind in Tarlac.
Governor Susan Yap quickly came to the rescue of Tarlac students and workers who were stranded in Baguio because of lockdown policies. She did not hesitate to pick them up and bring them home to their families in Tarlac. With the help of Mr Rivo Nisce who lended his company’s bus to Governor Yap’s staff, the stranded Tarlaqueños found their way home.
This does not mean relaxing of rules for the balikbayans. They still have to be tested at the Tarlac Provincial Hospital and are required to go through the 14-day quarantine.
