Gov Pineda gives Kapampangans P700K worth of livelihood equipment
Pampanga Governor Lilia Pineda on Monday, April 17, turned over more than P700,000 worth of livelihood assistance to some 168 beneficiaries through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO).
The official website of the Pampanga provincial government said the beneficiaries were given 50 sewing machines worth at P531,500 and 16 sets of starter kits for aircondition and refrigerator repair worth P239,024.
The Department of Labor and Employment-Pampanga provided the sewing machines and starter kits.
The distribution is part of the provincial government’s P4-million livelihood assistance program for 2016.
DOLE and PESO are set to distribute 12 nego-trailers, 10 nego-karts, and 50 push carts to other sets of beneficiaries.#
