Gov Garcia welcomes GGGI partnership
Bataan Governor Albert Garcia welcomed a partnership with Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) to include the province in its project promoting balanced economic growth and environmental sustainability.
This in line with the Bataan politiko’s vision to make a resilient and carbon-neutral province.
GGGI, a Seoul-based international organization, will provide its stakeholders an initial fund of $200,000 for their investment portfolio.
The organization will also train the province on research and engagement on its four priority areas considered to be essential in transforming the economy: energy, water, land use, and green cities.
Provincial Agriculturist Imelda Inieto said she will meet all the Mayors to explain the proposal in full.
