Bulacan Governor Wilhelmino Sy-Alvarado called on Bulakenyos to maintain cleanliness in their respective barangays to combat the spread of dengue.
At least 10 barangays in the province will particpate in the simultaneous anti-dengue clean-up drive on June 30.
The barangays participating are: Sta. Rita Bata, Pulong Bayabas, Biclat and Tigpalas (San Miguel); Pinagbakahan (City of Malolos); Santa Barbara (Baliwag); Sta. Monica (Hagonoy); Kaypian (San Jose Del Monte City); and Buhol na Mangga and Bubulong Munti (San Ildefonso).
The 10 barangays are the areas with the highest number of dengue cases in Bulacan.
