Bataan Governor Albert Garcia on Thursday said the effects of Typhoon “Ulysses” in the province had weakened with the Pagasa weather bureau lowering the danger level facing Bataan to Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1.

“Inaasahan pa rin ang katamtaman hanggang sa may kalakasang pagbuhos ng ulan at pagbugso ng hangin,” he said.

But Garcia said Bataan residents should not be complacent by taking precautions against possible floods and landslides.
