Garcia: SFEx opening to revitalize Central Luzon development
Bataan Governor Albert Garcia on Saturday rejoiced over the formal opening on February 19 of 8.2-kilometer Subic Freeport Expressway (SFEx) connecting Bataan, Zambales and Pampanga and other places in Central Luzon via Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTex ).
The governor said the opening of SFEx “is a sign of new vitality and economic development in our region.”
He also expressed his gratitude to the Department of Public Works and Highways and the North Luzon Expressway Corp. for pursuing the project.
