From 180 to 114 barangays: Floods starting to recede in Pampanga – Pineda
Floods caused by Typhoon “Ulysses” are starting to slowly recede in Pampanga province, according to Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda.
He reported that from as many as 180 barangays that experienced flooding on Saturday, the number went down to 114 as of 8 a.m. on Sunday.
