It’s no secret that Tarlac Governor Susan Yap is one staunch supporter of culture and arts. And the politiko recently shared the reason why.
On an Instagram post, Gov. Susan said that arts and culture fosters unity and a venue for self expression.
“I’ve always been an advocate for arts and culture in the province as I believe it fosters unity and provides a platform for self-expression and identity,” she said.
