Finally! Mayor Lacson catches hazardous litterbugs red-handed

Concepcion Mayor Andy David Lacson is no-nonsense when it comes to hazardous waste.
The politiko seems happy he finally caught the group dumping hazardous waste in his municipality. He even posted pictures on Facebook.
“Finally nahuli ko din kayo! Caught in the act of dumping hazardous waste near San Francisco Bridge!” said Lacson.
He then sent out a warning to other litterbugs.
“Babala po sa lahat ng gumagawa nito: May kalalagyan po kayo! We will implement the full force of the law against you. Dumine nakayu man pu cabalen dakayu pa naman,” he said.
