Fernando to Bulacan residents: Be prepared for ‘Ulysses’’ wrath
Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando on Wednesday urged his constituents to prepare themselves for possible widespread destruction that might be caused by Typhoon “Ulysses.”
The governor called for prayers as Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 3 was hoisted over Bulacan and neighboring provinces in Central Luzon.
Fernando also called for cooperation among the residents.
GODBLESS and keep safe everyone!” he said.
