Fernando issues MECQ guidelines in Bulacan
Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando on Tuesday issued Executive Order 12 adopting new guidelines under the modified enhanced community quarantine in Bulacan until the end of April.
According to the governor, curfew hours shall be from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. in the province.
“Persons below 18 and above 65 as well as those with health risks are required to stay at home except when obtaining essential goods and services,” he said.
“Individual outdoor exercise (walking, jogging, running, biking) within the area of residence or barangay now allowed,” Fernando said.
“Public transportation will remain operational within the current capacity and protocols implemented by the DOTr,” he added.
“Restaurants are limited to outdoor or al fresco dining at 50 percent capacity, take-out, and delivery,” he said.
“Gatherings outside residences are prohibited. Religious gatherings are limited to 10 percent capacity of the venue. C/MLGUs may increase capacity up to 30 percent,” Fernando said.
The province-wide liquor ban will also remain in place until April 30.
“Ipagpatuloy natin ang ibayong pag-iingat at pagtalima sa batas,” Fernando said.
