As Bulacan province transitions to the modified general community quarantine in October, Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando said the province has made significant progress in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.

Bulacan has the biggest number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Central Luzon, with 5,428 cases and 144 deaths as of September 30.
