Estrellita Suansing’s waste-to-energy bill breezes through 2nd reading
Things are looking good for Nueva Ecija 1st District Representative Estrellita Suansing this year.
The politiko’s pet bill focused on waste-to-energy technology in the Philippines was approved on second reading at the House plenary on Wednesday, January 24.
She had defended the measure on the floor as she was the chairperson of the House ecology panel.
“As the chairman of the committee on ecology, I defended in the plenary a bill that will address our garbage problem in the country, allowing the use of new technology on waste to energy. This is already approved on the 2nd Reading with no interpellator and no amendment,” said Suansing.
Congratulations, Cong. Estrellita! Isang kembot na lang, pasado na sa House.
