Dugo pa more: TRADOC personnel donate tons of blood to AFPMC
With the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) to celebrate its 65th founding anniversary this November 18, officers and enlisted personnel of the unit donated 48,600 cc of blood to the Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center (AFPMC) in V. Luna Quezon City Monday, November 14.
This was done through a blood-letting activity at the TRADOC Grandstand in Capas, Tarlac, said unit spokesperson Capt. Alberto Caber.
Spearheading the event is TRADOC head Brig. Gen. Herminigildo Francisco C. Aquino, he added.
Caber said the donation to the AFPMC will ensure the facility has an adequate supply of blood to sustain its requirements for the soldiers, dependents and civilians who are undergoing treatment or in need of blood.
