We don’t know if it’s just us or Bataan Vice Governor Cris Garcia is looking every bit like the local actress on her recent Facebook post. She shared photos of a successful meeting between the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) of Bataan and the Sangguniang Panglungsod of Balanga. The whole point of the gathering was an exchange of best practices where both parties can learn and hopefully apply in their respective areas of responsibility.
