Central Luzon registered 12 new recoveries last week, bringing the total number of recovered cases to 23,813, according to the latest regional case bulletin of the Department of Health-Central Luzon Health Development (DOH-CLHD).
The office reported that 83 percent of the 28,709 individuals who tested positive for the coronavirus in Region 3 have recovered.
There are currently 3,852 active cases or 13.4 percent of the total number of patients, according to the case bulletin.
Based on the breakdown, 2,158 are mild cases, 1,581 are asymptomatic, 30 are moderate, 67 are severe, and 16 in critical condition.
As of February 13, there were 63 new cases reported in Central Luzon, the bulletin showed, with 20 from Bulacan, 14 from Angeles City, 10 from Pampanga, six from Zambales, five from Tarlac and one from Nueva Ecija.
