Dingalan Mayor Shierwin Taay knows too well how systems work.
As an organized leader, he knows how important it is to start at the barangay level. Discipline must be instilled in every barangay so that in effect, the whole town of Dingalan will be in order. He shared some photos of the oath taking ceremonies of the Barangay Disiplina Brigade where all barangays mounted different events but with the same goal of committing to their service of instilling discipline in their respective communities.
