Dingalan Mayor Shierwin Taay needs your help to serve Typhoon Ulysses victims
Dingalan Mayor Shierwin Taay is devastated but not unfazed.
Despite the preparations of the local government, many families were still drastically affected by Typhoon Ulysses. Coastal communities suffered the worst with trees uprooted, boats destroyed, electricity wires tangled, and houses ruined.
The mayor stays positive and believes that they will rise from this problem through unity. He admitted that the local government is lacking funds already because of its COVID-19 response. This is why he called for donations from the private sector.
