Dingalan Mayor Shierwin Taay always remembers even the smallest of events.
He took to Facebook to share a memory of March 10 two years ago. It was a video of his baby Eli who said “I love you” for the very first time. This may be normal for some but for Mayor Taay, it meant the world to hear the baby mouth the famous three words.
