Dingalan Mayor Shierwin Taay knows how important communication is in opening up his area of responsibility to tourism in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis.
The mayor made sure everyone is properly informed through a community tour guide. His goal was to maintain the observance of health protocols and other LGU reminders for security.
Each participant in the audience listened attentively to the mayor while observing physical distancing and wearing a face mask.
