COVID-19 prep: Mayor Rey Catacutan disinfects all schools in Capas

This is Capas Tarlac Mayor Rey Catacutan’s message to all his constituents. It can be remembered that the mayor was one of the dignitaries that welcomed batches of Filipino repatriates from China. They were kept in quarantine at the New Clark City in Capas back at the time when there was only one confirmed COVID-19 case in the Philippines. But now, things have taken a turn for the worse.
Forever the most diligent, Mayor Rey Catacutan immediately had all schools in Capas undergo a municipal-wide disinfection. The same protocol shall be administered in all government buildings, churches and the public market to combat the virus and ensure public health and safety.
“Let us help each other in the community,” Mayor Rey wrote.
