Congresswoman Roman helps fishermen despite being overseas
Bataan first district representative Geraldine Roman came to the rescue of fisherfolk.
She shared on Facebook how gravely affected the livelihood of fishing villages are because of the red tide. Her office immediately responded to the crisis by donating 427 food packs to grateful fishermen. Actually, the congresswoman is currently overseas but this did not stop her from responding to the problem of her constituents. She asked her mother Minia Roman to be her proxy and represent her first in the volunteer activity.
Good job, Congresswoman Roman!
