Camiling Mayor Erlon Clemente Agustin believes in this. He made sure to recognize the recent victory of the Camiling Elementary School in the Division of Tarlac Province Science and Technology Fair. At the local municipal hall, he handed certificates to the young science geniuses who accepted the recognition with the biggest smiles.
