Concepcion Tarlac Mayor Andy David Lacson is proud of his city’s plaza, and with good reason.
Since Christmas is nearing, the mayor’s team has started decorating the historic Patiu Plaza. The mayor proudly said that 100% of the decors were recycled and repaired from last year’s materials—well except for the belenismo entry for this year.
Everything looks good as brand new. Good job, Concepcion!
