Concepcion Mayor Andy Lacson couldn’t have started his post in a better way. He thanked the DepEd family for their appreciation of his work. The staff sent him a polo gift from Marks & Spencer because of the love and support he has been giving the South District of Concepcion. The mayor was very happy that his hard work was recognized by his colleagues.
