Clark’s new resto ‘Rhummy’ to specialize in PH cuisine
A new specialty restaurant will soon rise at the Clark Freeport with the signing of a P26.9 million deal between Clark Development Corporation (CDC)and Scottubo Corporation, a 100-percent Filipino corporation.
Under the proposed concept, the “Rhummy” restaurant project will have a brewery, distillery, and a pub.
The restaurant will showcase Filipino cuisine using local and organic produce and products in partnership with local farmers and food organizations such as Altertrade Philippines Inc.
It will also serve their own local concept of beer and assorted imported craft beers and spirits.
“Rhummy” will be distilling a range of craft spirits, using produce sourced directly from Filipino farmers that will show the innovative culture of Philippine craft brewers.
It is also seen to boost tourism in Clark once operational, attracting both domestic and foreign nationals, foreign expats, workers, and residents here.
