The first phase of the new Clark Safari and Adventure Park is now open to the public as Covid-19 restrictions eased among visitors and tourists.

Situated in a 40-hectare property, the P135-million project features 1,500 live animals “from wolves to felines, baboons, zebras, and donkeys to reptiles, and avifauna from macaws to a white pelican,” according to a Punto Central Luzon report.

The report said the zoo has a capacity of up to 2,500 visitors in its 15-hectare area.

Other outdoor activities such as zip lines, safari rides, and ATV rides and a theme park will also be made available to the public once the second phase is completed.

The zoo is open every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. including holidays.

According to the report, ticket prices start at P399 for kids 4 feet and below and P499 for adults. Toddlers or kids who are 3 feet and below may enter for free while a 20 percent discount applies to senior citizens.
