This guy is flying high!

Mayor Dino Chua of Noveleta, Cavite joined the grand inauguration of the mega drug rehabilitation facility in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija. The politiko flew using his personal helicopter up north. Lucky him, he landed right about the same time as the presidential chopper did.

The facility, funded through a P1.5-billion donation from a Chinese taipan, will house 10,000 surrenderers.
