Cerebral palsy patient inspires Mayor Donya Tesoro

Yesterday was World Heart Day. And San Manuel Mayor Donya Tesoro decided to put the spotlight on one inspiring cerebral palsy patient: Richmond.
“He’s only 10 but he’s fighting. Nakangiti pa din at positive. He’s an inspiration. Mahal kita Richmond 😭,” she captioned her post. The mayor shared a video of her encounter with Richmond that inspired her more to spread kindness.
As a last note, she reminded everyone to stay healthy and always be kind.
