Capas Mayor Reynaldo Catacutan’s recent #ootd is one for the books

We had to look twice to make sure it was really Capas Mayor Reynaldo Catacutan.
The mayor was recently photographed with the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council of Capas. The team emerged victorious from the 1st Kalasag Response and Rescue Challenge organized by the provincial government of Tarlac. Because of their victory, the mayor just had to take a photo with the boys and their trophies. For the first time ever, he was photographed wearing a printed polo short, looking like the coolest millennial!
