Capas Mayor Rey Catacutan prepares groceries for families under a 14-day lockdown

Capas Mayor Rey Catacutan has imposed a 14-day lockdown in Barangay Talaga.
Since people won’t be able to go out of their houses, his LGU has already prepared groceries for them. The loot bags contained vegetables and rice for the residents to stay healthy even while in lockdown.
The mayor hopes that this decision will lessen COVID-19 cases and would prevent the numbers from spiking up.
