Capas Mayor Rey Catacutan shared his change of office today. While Capas may be busy with its own affairs, the municipality knows that Batangas needs its help more than ever. The mayor joined the relief operations himself—in style, of course. He was in funky shades and a long-sleeve casual shirt that made him more comfortable while giving relief.
Way to go, Mayor!
