Bustos councilor authors ordinance on full truck ban

Bustos Councilor Edwin De Guzman will not back down in strictly implementing his new ordinance.
De Guzman authored a partial truck ban ordinance in the locality, which is currently being enforced an interagency task force.
But starting Feb. 11, the local government will start the full implemented of the truck ban.
The politiko shared a video on Facebook to inform the public about the new local law.
